Who we are. pureshift.world is a Brand Partner Website run by Britt and Colon Robles, independent LivePURE Brand Partners. Contact: info@pureshift.world. We aim to reply within one to two business days (Mon to Fri).

LivePURE's policy also applies. LivePURE's Privacy Policy applies to Brand Partner websites, including this one: https://livepure.biz/privacy-policy. When you shop or enroll through our links, you give your information to LivePURE on its site, under its policy. We do not see your payment details.

What we collect

  1. When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you write.
  2. Our short form: the form on this page is not connected yet, so nothing you type in it is sent or stored. When we connect it, it will collect: first name; email; phone (optional); what you're interested in (shopping, the business, or not sure); any questions you choose to write to us (optional); and whether you agree to be contacted about your request.
    • We don't ask for health or medical information. Please don't include any. We don't ask about, and don't record, health or medical history or military service. If you send health information anyway, we won't use it for follow-up and we'll delete it.
  3. Where you came from: we don't track it. This site doesn't tag links or record which post or link brought you here.
  4. Automatically: this site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers. Our web host, Netlify, may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time). If you press play on The Plan video, your browser loads the video player from Vimeo, a third party. Vimeo then receives information such as your IP address, browser and device details and how the video is played, and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy: https://vimeo.com/legal/privacy/policy. We do not receive that information. See our Cookie Notice.
  5. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it. To answer your request; to follow up about the products or the Brand Partner opportunity you asked about, only if you agreed; to keep a record of your request and your contact preferences. We use it for nothing else.

Phone and text messages. Your phone number is optional. If you give it, we use it only to call you about your request. We don't send text messages, and we never send marketing texts. If we ever offer texting, we'll ask for your separate consent first.

Where it is stored. We log each inquiry in a private lead record (one row per person: date, name, email, phone if given, company if you mention one, customer or partner, how you found us (only if you tell us), whether we already know you, your interest, your message or a link to it, notes, your consent choice, status and next step). Notes never include health information or military service. The record is kept in a private Google Sheet in our Google account, so Google holds it for us. When our short form is connected, it will send your entry to that Sheet through Google Apps Script (Google's service). Only Britt, Colon and people who help us run the business can access it.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with others for their marketing. We may share it only (a) with service providers that store or host it for us (Google for our lead record; Netlify, our web host), (b) if the law requires, or (c) with your permission. If you ask us not to share your information, we won't.

Your choices. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, or to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@pureshift.world. If you ask us to stop, we stop right away. Every follow-up email we send includes a way to opt out.

How long we keep it. We keep lead information for 24 months after our last contact, then delete it securely. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only what we need to honor that request.

Security. We use password-protected accounts and limit access. No method is perfect. If a breach affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or opt out. Email us to use them; we won't treat you differently for asking.

Outside sites and the video. Our "Check out our products" and "Start your shift" buttons (and our other enrollment buttons) are LivePURE Brand Partner links (livepure.link) that take you to LivePURE's own site, where LivePURE's privacy policy applies. We may be credited by LivePURE for purchases and enrollments made through these links. The link to LivePURE's Privacy Policy goes to livepure.biz. Our email links open your own email app. The Plan video is played through Vimeo; Vimeo's privacy policy applies (https://vimeo.com/legal/privacy/policy).

Changes. We'll update the date above when this policy changes.
