1. Who we are. pureshift.world ("this site") is a Brand Partner Website run by Britt and Colon Robles ("we", "us"), independent LivePURE Brand Partners. This site is not operated, owned or endorsed by LivePURE (PURE Gen Holdings, Inc.). We are independent contractors, not employees or agents of LivePURE, and we cannot make promises on LivePURE's behalf.
2. Using this site. By using this site you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). Use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it.
3. We don't sell here. No products are sold and no orders are taken on this site. The "Check out our products" and "Start your shift" buttons (and our other enrollment buttons, which use the same link) are LivePURE Brand Partner links that open LivePURE's own website. Your purchase or enrollment is with LivePURE under LivePURE's terms, prices, shipping and return policy, not ours. We may be credited or paid by LivePURE for purchases or enrollments made through our links.
4. Information only. Content here is general information about our independent business. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Read official LivePURE product labels and documents before you buy or join. See our Health / FDA Disclaimer.
5. No guarantees. We make no promise of income, results or success. Any income examples shown by us or in linked videos are individual results, not typical, and not guaranteed.
6. Outside links and the video. We link to sites run by others: LivePURE's own sites (our livepure.link product and enrollment links, and livepure.biz). The Plan section plays a video through Vimeo. We don't control those sites or Vimeo and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms.
7. Names and trademarks. LivePURE and its product names are trademarks of PURE Gen Holdings, Inc. or its affiliates. We use them only to identify the company and its products. Other names belong to their owners. You may not copy this site's content without our permission.
8. Messages you send us. If you email us, or use the short form once it is connected (it is not connected yet), see the Privacy Policy for how we handle it. Please don't send health or medical information, payment card numbers or Social Security numbers.
9. "As is"; limit of liability. This site is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
10. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
